How CAD works
Understanding how Call a Driver (CAD) works is simple and straightforward. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process, from booking a driver to completing your trip.
Book a driver by calling
- Call Us: Dial +64273013454 to reach our booking line.
- Provide Details: When prompted, provide the necessary information, including your pick-up location, destination, date, time, and service type (Designated driver, Airport transfer, Senior transportation, Vehicle relocation, or Vehicle maintenance transport).
- Confirm Booking: After providing the details and selecting your payment option, confirm the booking. You will receive a confirmation message with the details of your reservation.
Book a Driver Online
- There are two types of booking forms available:
- Designated Driver
- Airport Transfer
- To begin, click the Book Now button located in the website's header, and select the appropriate form for your needs.
- Each booking form consists of three sections:
- Ride Details
- Contact Details
- Booking Summary
- In the first section, provide the following ride information:
- Pickup Date: When you want the driver to arrive.
- Pickup Time: The exact time of pickup.
- Pickup Location: You can manually enter the address or use the "Use My Location" option to set it to your current location.
- Way points: You can easily add multiple stops by clicking the plus (+) icon next to the Pickup Location field, which will allow you to input additional stop locations as needed.
- Drop-off Location: Enter the destination.
- Transfer Type: Choose between a One Way or Return trip.
- Extra Time: If you need additional time for your trip, you can specify that here.
- Next, provide your personal details in the contact section:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Your Vehicle Rego (Registration number)
- Your Vehicle Model
- You'll also choose your Payment Method in this section.
- For Airport Transfers: You will also need to provide the Type of Vehicle you require and the Number of Passengers traveling.
- In the final section, you can review all the details you've entered, including:
- Contact Information
- Payment Method
- Ride Details
- Pricing Information
- If anything needs to be changed, you can easily go back and edit the information.
- Once everything looks good, click the Book Now button to confirm your reservation. If you choose to pay online via Stripe, you will be redirected to the payment screen after clicking Book Now.
- You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.
Payment Options
- At Booking: You can choose to pay for your trip at the time of booking using the
following methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Stripe
- Bank transfer
- After the Trip: Alternatively, you can pay after the trip is completed using:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Cash
- Bank transfer
Driver Assignment and Notification
- Driver Assignment: Once your booking is confirmed, we assign a professional driver to your trip.
Driver Arrival
- Timely Arrival: Our driver will arrive at your pick-up location at the scheduled time.
- Introduction: The driver will introduce themselves and confirm the details of your trip to ensure everything is correct.
During the Ride
- Safe and Comfortable Journey: Sit back and relax while our driver takes you to your destination. Our drivers are experienced and prioritize your safety and comfort.
- Follow-Car Support: An additional driver follows closely behind in a separate vehicle. This support driver ensures that your primary driver has immediate assistance if needed and can provide backup for any unforeseen circumstances.
- Multiple Stops: If you need to make multiple stops, inform the driver at the beginning of the trip.
- Communication: You can communicate with your driver at any time during the ride. If you have any special requests or need to make adjustments to your route, let the driver know.
Trip Completion
- Arrival at Destination:
- The driver will ensure you arrive safely at your final destination.
- The driver will confirm the end of the trip and make sure you have all your belongings.
- Payment:
- If you chose to pay after the trip, you can do so using one of the accepted payment methods mentioned earlier.

- Lost and Found:
If you realize you have lost an item during your trip, please contact us immediately. Here’s how we handle lost and found
items:
- Report the Lost Item: Contact us and provide details about the lost item and your trip.
- Driver Inspection: Our driver will inspect the vehicle to locate the lost item. If the item is found, we will notify you immediately.
- Item Return:
- You can arrange to pick up the item from a designated location.
- If you prefer, we can deliver the item to you. Please note that delivery charges may apply for this service.
- Additional Support: If the item is not found right away, we will keep a record of the lost item and continue to search for it in our vehicles. We will contact you if it is located later.

Canceling or Modifying a Trip
- Canceling a Trip: Call us at +64273013454 to cancel your booking. Provide your booking details to the representative.
- Modifying a Trip: Call us at +64273013454 to modify your booking. Provide the new details for your trip, such as the new pick-up time or location.
